Prashant is the Visionary Caesar at the helm of this team of tech Spartans. He is a seasoned leader with over 20 years of management experience working for HP, SGI and DEC. He has co-founded and invested in several start-ups and led them to successful exits creating significant gains for employees, management and investors. He has MBA, MS, BS degrees from reputed institutes.

Jay Parekh is the Co-founder and President of KloudData (formerly JAYPAR). He has been the key person behind the success of JAYPAR and has helped establish the vision of KloudData. With over 25 years of industry experience Jay is a champion for Client needs, relationship management as well as ensuring proper Project delivery at KloudData. Jay received his B. Tech. degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay and his MS in Engineering from the University of Maryland, College Park.

Mr. Parekh serves as a Board Member on the Economic Development Authority of Howard County, MD. He is also a commissioner on the Equal Business Opportunity Commission. Mr. Parekh is a proud active member of the Rotary International.

Miten is Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer for KloudData, Inc. a Silicon Valley based leading technology start-up that offers BigData Analytics on Cloud solutions to Fortune 2000 companies. He has been instrumental in positioning KloudData as Cloud Services Provider and starting KloudLabs as accelerator pad to help launch start-up’s working with entrepreneurs from idea stage.

Miten was also Co-Founder and COO of eComLive a Silicon Valley Start-up in web collaboration / community space and led its acquisition by InfoSpace in 2000. As Vice President of InfoSpace from Jan 2000 to 2003, he led International expansion through partnership with mobile operators in Europe and Asia / Pac.

Prior to KloudData, Miten ran International Market Development for Financial Technologies Group from 2006 to 2010, and played a pivotal role in establishing and positioning MCX in India, SMX in Singapore, and GBOT in Mauritius, DGCX in Dubai, BFX in Bahrain and Bourse Africa in Botswana among the global leading exchanges in Emerging markets from Asia to Africa. He was earlier Co-Founder & COO of MoConDi out of London and led its acquisition by Mobile Media in 2006.

Miten worked earlier in his career with Qualcomm (Kyocera division) and helped launch first SmartPhone PDQ in partnership with Palm. Miten has served as advisor to Cronus Ventures and invested in iPsh (acquired by Omnicom) and advised JP Mobile (acquired by Good). He was also an angel investor and advisor in Source Ventures (for PlaySpan – acquired by Visa in 2011).

Miten has been a Charter Member of TIE since late 90’s, an active angel investor and advisor in several companies and member of Y combinator, Founder Institute, LSM and several other accelerators in bay area.

Mohan Trikha is a silicon valley veteran who has been a chief contributor to KloudData. Over the years Mohan has played multiple roles at KloudData(formerly Jaypar) and currently Mohan Heads the Sales and Business development for KloudData. Mohan is a result oriented Fortune 50 proven executive with over 25 yrs of experience in IT industry as well as successful entrepreneurial past. He spun Inxightinc from Xerox PARC as its founder/ CEO, headed X-Soft (a division of Xerox) as its EVP and GM. Held Senior executive positions at Xerox and IBM.

He is a founding Charter member of TiE. Mohan holds Bachelor in Technology from IIT Delhi and Masters in engineering from Cranfield/Imperial College in London.

Tushar Sakhalkar, is a veteran in the IT space with over 21 years of experience in Operation, Maintenance, Procurement, Project Management, and Compliance Management in domains such as Oil & Gas, Automotive and Hi Tech.

As Global Head-SAP Practice, he is responsible for all business operations related to SAP services offered by KloudData around the world. He has tremendous experience in SAP Consulting, Business Development, IT Infrastructure Management, Solution Management, Project & Client Management, and Establishment of Global Delivery mechanism for customers. Tushar holds a Chemical Engineering degree from IIT Bombay and is certified as Project Management Professional (PMP®), ITIL V3 and Business Continuity Planner.

As Vice-President at KloudData, Gaurav Abroal heads the Sales, Marketing and delivery efforts on the east coast and government segments as well as the PMO office. He is also the champion for our eKloud service offerings and manages the Enterprise Architecture and Enterprise Content Management centers of Excellence.
Gaurav is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and has 15 years of experience in leading teams in IT sales and marketing, strategy definition, roadmap development and project/program management for enterprise IT initiatives and has worked in partnership with organizations such as John Deere, Stanley Black and Decker, ThermoFisher Scientific and Education Management Corporation.

As a trusted advisor in the Enterprise Content Management segment, Gaurav has been involved with various customers in multiple content management initiatives for over a decade.

Gaurav Patel, Director Project Management and Delivery at KloudData, leads most engagement and delivery initiatives at KloudData. Gaurav has been key in helping setup our project delivery methodology and implemention of our standards, compliance, quality and governance processes. He has been with KloudData (formerly Jaypar) for over 7 years in various roles and has been instrumental in leading the delivery teams to success on numerous occasions earning the respect and gratitude of a large number of KloudData customers.

Gaurav is a well respected voice in the business intelligence space and has engaged with KloudData customers for strategy and roadmap across their various Business Analytics initiatives. Along with his certifications in business intelligence and analytics Gaurav holds a Masters in computer networks from USC.

Abhijeet co-heads mobility practice for KloudData and is responsible for all the deliverables involving consumer and enterprise mobile applications. He played a key role in setting up the mobility practice at KloudData and has spearheaded various strategic initiatives. Abhijeet has around 10 years of experience in leading teams’ right from product conceptualization to the final deployment. He is also a hands-on developer with programming expertise across web and mobile Platforms. With his sound techno-managerial skills he has earned the respect of the customers and teams he worked with.

Abhijeet has completed his masters in computer science and also has a business management certification to his credit.

Sanjog co-heads mobility practice for KloudData and is responsible all the engineering efforts that go behind creation of enterprise and consumer mobile apps. With sound domain knowledge in health-care space and a creative eye for application design, he has successfully delivered an array of health care apps across web and mobile platforms. He heads the Enterprise Mobility development using Sybase Unwired Platform and is a champion of designing multitenant database architectures for SaaS based applications.

Sanjog brings over eight years of experience in leading development teams on a variety of mobile platforms like Symbian, iOS, Android, BREW etc.

Sanjog is a computer science graduate having Masters in Computer Applications.

Ankur is heading sales, marketing and strategy for KloudData’s Asia-Pacific operations. He is currently executing exciting go-to-market strategies around ERP, cloud, mobility, analytics and big data for enterprises across the region. He is also proudly leading a hyper-talented “Kloudie” team comprising of marketing, web & social media, inside sales and sales.

He is an entrepreneurial technology executive with extensive business and consulting experience in multiple countries in Europe and Asia; shouldering delivery, quality and revenue targets. In his 11 year international career, Ankur has managed both Fortune 100 and SME clients. Prior to KloudData, Ankur has worked with organizations such as Optimal Solutions, IBM Global Business Services, Tata and Nestlé. He is a business management graduate and a certified SAP consultant.

David Parris, located in the Columbia MD KloudData Office, is a veteran business development manager with over thirty years experience in corporate/government sales and service management. In the government space, prior to joining KloudData, he generated contracts with the US Departments of Labor, Commerce, Health and Human Services, US Army Corps of Engineers and the Department of Energy. He holds a Top Secret Clearance. In the corporate space, while at SGI and DuPont, his clients included The Weather Channel, CBS Sports and GTE.


David is a graduate of Wake Forest University and served in the US Army as a Field Artillery First Lieutenant prior to joining the corporate world.
