Donation and General Accounting Unit details (GAU) uploaded on Intacct accounting system manually leading to duplicate efforts

Legacy Migration: Migrated Organization’s legacy donation management application, Raiser’s Edge, into the NPSP donation management in Salesforce and enhanced its usability by adding new custom features

Process Automation: Automated the repetitive task of uploading the donation transaction details from Salesforce to Intacct through Rest API integration.

Automated the entire donation management process to make it a point and click solution by automating features like refunds/cancellations,complaint management, delivery process, etc.

Segregated donations based on allocatedGAU’s automatically

Batches and Integrations Daily batches pushed donation details to Intacct. Integrated with WooCommerce, Box.com, Intacct, WhiteBox, and BrainTree.

Cloud Used: Utilized Sales Cloud and Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP V3).
